We have just installed M-Business 7 and SQL Anywhere 12 connecting to Oracle 11gR2. the services start fine and the database synchronizations through Mobilink and the application synchronizations through M-Business Microbrowser work fine for a while. Anywhere from 2 to 5 to 9 hours later the Microbrowser client returns a success on test connection but the application syncs fail while the data synchronizations still function. Then between 2-4 hours later the test connection fails as well as the data syncs stop responding. Both synchronizations return a timeout error back tot he client making the request.
At this point the windows services windows still reports all of the services as started. The logs (sync,access,mobilink) reviewed indicate no errors or problems, actually they stop recording anything.
Any ideas where to look or what is happening?
