Windows 8 RT and Windows 8 Phone Ultralite support

I was wondering when Windows 8 RT and Windows 8 Phone are likely to be supported by Ultralite / Mobilink ?

I note that in SQL Anywhere 12.1 that Windows 8 is supported but not its RT or Phone ARM based cousins.
